The guests we serve at Abigail’s Place are hardworking single mothers who have demonstrated resilience and stability but are facing temporary setbacks due to traumatic life events. Most are employed, have reliable transportation, and are doing their best to care for their children.
However, the rising cost and limited availability of housing in Fort Bend County make it difficult to secure safe, stable, and immediate accommodations.
BRIDGING THE GAP TO
HOPE AND STABILITY
Abigail’s Place exists to bridge that critical gap. We offer transitional housing, emergency shelter, and supportive services to help these dedicated mothers regain their footing, rebuild their lives, and take meaningful steps toward long-term housing and independence.
