Tour Information
Attendees will be given tours of several historic sites in the downtown Richmond area, including private houses and buildings not normally accessible to the public. Guests will hear about the fascinating histories of the structures and learn of the tragic circumstances which left a haunted imprint on the locations.

As most of the locations are private homes, tour attendees will be given addresses and other information at Will Call check in.

This tour is suitable for ages 10 and up. As the tour includes private houses, some locations are not accessible for people with disabilities.

You may visit each property in any order. Please note that the tour sites will promptly close at 9:00 pm on Friday, and 10:00 pm on Saturday.

General Admission tickets may be purchased on the day of the event for $55 at Will Call, located at 401 S. Fifth Street in downtown Richmond. Will call will close at 8:00 pm on Friday, and 9:00 pm on Saturday.

The VIP tour includes all historic sites on the general admission tour, plus exciting additional offerings! Driven by trailer to each tour site, VIP guests will be escorted by a historian who will provide the history of many other haunted locations in Richmond... all while enjoying complimentary libations. A paranormal investigation of the historic Exchange Hotel — which has been closed for over a half century — and a group reading by an intuitive medium, are also included during this unique and action-packed event!
Space is extremely limited to two trailers of 30 people. The VIP “Spooks” trailer and "Spectrals" trailer is 21+ only.
